Docs / Console / Reports

Use reports to summarize readiness, compliance, and release evidence.

Reports gather the operator story into a single artifact: evidence coverage, release posture, open risks, and the bundle history that proves what was reviewed when.

Who this is for

Release managers, compliance leads, executives, and operators preparing formal decision artifacts.

When to use it

Use this before promotion, after a significant incident, during compliance review, or when stakeholders need a summarized evidence bundle rather than raw ledger access.

Required setup

Required setup: tenant-scoped admin session and enough evidence already recorded to support the report. Reports should summarize evidence, not replace missing evidence.

How to use

1. Open reports

Enter through /admin/reports?tenant_id=<tenant> from an active admin session.

2. Choose report type

Select the right bundle type for release readiness, compliance review, or executive reporting instead of reusing one generic packet for every audience.

3. Confirm included evidence

Verify the report pulls in the intended exports, evidence references, and open-risk summaries before finalizing it.

4. Generate the bundle

Create the report and inspect its history entry so you can prove when the bundle was produced and against which tenant state.

5. Use it as a decision artifact

Attach the generated bundle to approvals, rollout reviews, or regulator conversations as the summary layer on top of underlying evidence.

What success looks like

The report answers the intended stakeholder question
The bundle history shows when it was generated
Every summary claim can be traced back to evidence or export artifacts
